Ingredients (Makes 12 mini cups)

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • ½ cup whipped cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary or mint, for garnish
  • Muffin tin & non-stick spray

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pastry

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin. Cut puff pastry into 12 squares and press each into the muffin cups to form little shells.

Step 2: Bake

Bake the pastry shells for 10–12 minutes or until golden and puffy. Let cool slightly, then press down the centers gently.

Step 3: Fill the Cups

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with orange zest and honey (if using). Spoon or pipe cream cheese mixture into each pastry cup.

Step 4: Add the Cranberry

Top each cup with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Garnish with a tiny sprig of rosemary or mint for that holiday touch.
