Ingredients
- 12–15 phyllo cups (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
- Fresh mint leaves, finely chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: chopped pistachios or walnuts for crunch
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Filling
In a small bowl, combine feta, cream cheese, honey, and black pepper. Mix until creamy but still slightly chunky.
Step 2: Fill the Cups
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the mixture into each phyllo cup.
Step 3: Garnish
Top with pomegranate seeds, a sprinkle of chopped mint, and nuts if using.
Step 4: Serve
Arrange on a platter and serve immediately. Can be made 1–2 hours ahead and kept chilled.
